12:00 noon: Lobster Carnival Grounds and East Coast Amusement Midway Open
Credit Union Place Grounds, 511 Notre Dame Street - Look for the Carnival Tents and Midway on Rufus Street entrance – plenty of free parking between the carnival grounds and Red Shores Summerside Raceway.
12:00 noon “Callbecks Home Hardware & Leon's Summerside” Lobster Carnival Parade
Starts at Holland College Waterfront Campus, goes down Water St, turns onto Central
St, and down Notre Dame St. to disperse on Greenwood Drive, by carnival grounds.

PEI lobster available throughout the afternoon. Purchase Lobster Supper tickets online, at the Lobster Trap Merchandise Store, or at the door during the suppers. Visit the Lobster Prince Edward Island Booth. Water station available.

12:00 noon Callbecks Home Hardware & Leons Summerside Lobster Carnival Parade
1:00 pm Chef Pendergast Lobster Demonstration and Taste Testing: Lobster Bisque Mac and Cheese. Sponsored by Seafood Supreme and ADL.
2:00 pm Lobster Eating Competition. Enter your name to be one of the lucky participants for the lobster Eating
competition. Top 3 finalists in the first round move onto the 2nd round. Judged on time and cleanest lobster body.
3:00 pm Chef Pendergast Lobster Demonstration and Taste Testing: Lobster Poutine: Pairing PEI lobster, PEI Potatoes, and PEI Cheese curds. Sponsored by PEI Potatoes.
4:00 pm: Tent closes to prepare for lobster supper
5:00 pm – 7:00 pm Traditional PEI lobster supper includes: lobster, potato salad, coleslaw, cucumber, roll, ADL Dairy Isle butter, cookie, water, and tea. Lobster boat captains will crack your lobster and answer questions and pose for pictures. Cold plate available and includes, chef prepared ham and turkey, potato salad, coleslaw, cucumber, roll, ADL Dairy Isle butter, cookie, water, and tea. $32.00 taxes included. Take-out available. Island craft beer offered for additional cost. Supper entertainment features Acadian fiddle music with Louise Arsenault and Helen Bergeron. Feel free to dance.

12:00- 8:00 pm: Summerside Art Club presents "Lobster Culture" Art Exhibit and Sale in the courtyard.
2:00- 8:00 pm: Sandcastle Building- Join Island artist Maurice Bernard in the courtyard. Sponsored by Curran and Briggs Ltd.

Ice Pond Nature Park - Greenwood Drive across from Carnival Grounds
2:00 pm: NOVUS Auto Glass Cardboard Boat Race (NOVUS Summerside and Charlottetown locations). Participants arrive with the cardboard boat they built and compete in heats to stay afloat while crossing the pond at the best time. Frist prize: $1000.00, Second: $250.00, Third: $100.00.
2:30 pm: BBEMA Rubber Ducky Race Fundraiser supported by the Summerside Lobster Carnival. Ducks can be purchased on the BBEMA website: https://bbema.ca/ OR on the day of the race at the pond. One duck is $5.00, five ducks is $20.00. One thousand ducks are available. Ducks will be released at 2:30 pm in the pond. First duck to cross the pond: $500, Second duck: $200, Third duck: $100.00.
